Use Zapier to trigger on “cart abandoned” and “order completed.” In the Zap: 1) fetch product details + customer purchase history; 2) call ChatGPT with a prompt template (product name, recency, lifetime spend, segment) to generate subject/body variants; 3) send via your ESP and schedule follow-ups. Add A/B tests for subject lines, and a fallback template when data is missing.
