Make a canonical lead JSON (email, source, intent, pages, message, replies, company_size, enriched_domain). Build three Zapier Zaps (email, webforms, Intercom) that map fields with Formatter to that schema and POST to one scoring Zap. Scoring Zap calls ChatGPT API with a prompt that returns a numeric 0–100 score plus reasons; apply Zapier Filters to tag MQL/SQL and push back to Intercom/CRM. Log inputs + scores for tuning.
