Workflow: Zapier → ChatGPT for automated support
I want to route incoming support emails through Zapier to generate draft replies using ChatGPT, then label tickets in our helpdesk. Looking for a reliable Zap + prompt structure that scales to 500+ tickets/week without duplicate replies.

Quick, concrete setup:
- Trigger: Zapier New Email. Dedupe by Message-ID + thread-id stored in Storage/DB; skip if present.
- Prompt: system = support agent, short polite tone; user = sender, subject, last 3 messages, required action.
- Ask ChatGPT to return: draft reply (≤2 short paragraphs), 3 suggested labels (taxonomy), confidence score, JSON metadata.
- Post draft to helpdesk as Draft, then mark Message-ID processed. Add queuing/rate-limit step for 500+/wk.
