1) Trigger (schedule/webhook) → call ChatGPT to generate title, body, and meta.
2) Zap: Create Airtable record with fields: title, body, status=draft, assignee, due_date.
3) Editors review via Airtable view/button; set status=approved.
4) Zap triggers on the “Approved” view → create WordPress post and set post_date to schedule publish.
Add Slack/email zaps to notify the assigned editor.
