Repeatable workflow:
1) Create one high‑quality anchor face in Midjourney; upscale and save.
2) Use image-prompt template: [anchor.jpg] [palette.jpg] "portrait of same person, 3/4 view, neutral expression, flat background, soft rim light, 50mm, cinematic" --ar 1:1 --v 5 --stylize 50 --quality 2 --seed 12345 --iw 1.5.
3) For each NPC change only clothing/accessory tokens.
