Use a Slack reaction (e.g., :decision:) or a dedicated “highlights” channel. In Zapier, trigger on that message, add it to a Zapier Digest (or Storage) to collect items, then run a scheduled daily Zap that sends the digest to ChatGPT to extract: decision, owner, due date, and links. Final Zap creates/updates a Notion page or database row. Digest batching minimizes ChatGPT calls and keeps costs low.
