Quick workflow:
1) Split script by Canva scene and size each to duration: words ≈ seconds × 2.5 (150 wpm).
2) In Zapier: trigger on new/published Canva design → Webhooks POST to ElevenLabs TTS (select voice; request wav 48kHz or mp3 320kbps) → save returned audio.
3) Upload audio to Canva (Upload media) or merge with video via ffmpeg/Cloudinary to auto-align.
Timing tips: add 0.2–0.4s silence padding per clip and test one scene to calibrate pacing.
