Use Gmail's “New Email matching search” trigger with a query like:
label:Work OR (from:team@company.com subject:(update OR request)) -is:chat -is:forwarded
Append matches to Storage by Zapier, then run a daily Schedule zap to send the batch to ChatGPT.
Prompt template:
Summarize [N] emails into:
1) One-sentence overview
2) 3 action items (owner, deadline)
3) Key dates/links/attachments
Also include a 1-line sender+subject log per email.
