Lead routing: Trigger (form/CRM), Find Lead by email in Salesforce, Filter by MQL, Lookup territory (Google Sheet), Update Lead Owner in Salesforce, Create task + Slack notification.
Email→ticket: Use Zapier Email Parser or inbound mailbox trigger, parse sender/subject/body, Find user in Intercom, Create conversation/ticket, tag by keyword and assign team. Add dedupe (Find) and lead-score branching.
