Workflow: write a master English script, then translate and human‑edit each language (use ChatGPT for draft translations). Create one consistent voice profile per language in ElevenLabs (or use a multilingual voice), split the script into 6–12s chunks, add SSML for pauses/breaths/prosody, and batch-generate via ElevenLabs API keeping identical voice settings. Export word/phoneme timings and use a viseme tool (Rhubarb/Papagayo) for lip‑sync; iterate SSML pacing until audio and lip‑sync match.
