Quick checklist:
- Redact PII in Zapier before sending (hash IDs, remove SSNs/birthdates).
- Send only case facts; never ask the model to give legal advice.
- Use a strict JSON-output prompt: parties_hash, incident_date, allegations, jurisdiction, urgency {low|medium|high} + confidence score and extraction timestamps.
- Store logs encrypted and sign a DPA / use an enterprise Zapier plan for tighter data controls.
