Workflow outline: 1) Trigger a Zap on new episode (RSS or file). 2) Use a Code/Cloud Function step to run FFmpeg (or an audio-splitting service) to auto-clip timestamps or silence-based highlights. 3) Call ElevenLabs TTS API to generate a short intro/outro. 4) Merge TTS + clip with FFmpeg, add thumbnail/metadata. 5) Use Zapier actions to upload/schedule the short to target socials.
