In Zapier add: 1) Formatter validation for required fields, 2) Paths — auto-send when checks pass, otherwise send to Slack/email for human approval, 3) Log drafts/errors to Google Sheets. Use Zapier delays and retries for rate limits and a clear “needs human” tag for low-confidence outputs.
