Use a Gmail label + Zapier Digest + ChatGPT.
1) Create a Gmail filter that applies a label to incoming daily emails.
2) Zap A: Trigger 'New Labeled Email' → Digest: Append Entry (store sender, subject, 1–2 line snippet + link).
3) Zap B: Trigger 'Schedule' (daily at your time) → Digest: Retrieve → ChatGPT: “Summarize into bullets with sender, 1-line gist, action items, priority” → Send Email to you.
Use the Gmail label trigger (instant) so only the daily Schedule zap runs; if you must poll IMAP, 15-minute intervals are cost-effective.
